Education and upbringing






The main mentors of the children in the Center are pedagogue-organizers. But the children call them by the old name “leaders”. The leader is someone who leads somebody to the interesting and unexplored world. The pedagogue-organizers work at the upbringing complex. The upbringing complex is the basic structural unit of the center, which provides development and holding thematic terms for the children. The structure of the upbringing complex includes the following departments: Department of methodological support and control, department of supplementary education, pedagogical group “Zhastar”.

Department of methodological support and control is a structural unit of upbringing complex that includes the work of the following sectors: methodical, informational and analytical, organizational, and mass. Employees of the department develop the program and content of the terms, and take a deep pedagogical analysis to achieve the goals and objectives.

The main mission of  upbringing complex is creating an appropriate moral and psychological climate, creative atmosphere, friendliness - everything that contributes to personal development of each pupil, child temporary association as a whole; helps in the formation of active life position, the general attitude towards the values ​​of society, the recognition of the human person as an absolute value. Each year the terms have  different names, but the essence of them remains the same: knowledge of its history, traditions, customs, language, culture, and thus the formation of self-esteem; introduction to the treasures of national culture in order to revive, preserve and develop an inexhaustible source of wisdom and the historical experience of  people, the formation of national identity. Children who come to "Baldauren" represent a unique "geography" of their social, economic and ethnic background. Historically our house is formed as multi-ethnic, where more than one hundred nationalities live. Opening a small window into the mysterious world of ethnography, awakening in children genetic memory and simultaneously attaching each to nature, historical roots, myths, legends, traditions, customs, folk stories and philosophy, giving them self, creative tasks, we therefore raise their spiritual needs.


The Centre has an unusual school.  There were organized two creative groups of teachers which represent the professional interest to them and were important for each of them:

 1. integrative role of ethnic culture in the cycle of philological subjects;

 2. technology of three-dimensional training system.

The task of  the complex is creating a positive environment for quality education aimed to the formation, development and professional development of competitive person on the basis of national and universal values, science and practice. Every term 288 pupils study at school who represent all regions of Kazakhstan.  Participants of the term are distributed to 14 classes.

To solve the main problem of school rooted in the educational program there were created the following conditions:


structure of  methodical service of schools;

monitoring based on the MSC – one of the  conditions of effective school work;

classrooms, equipped with interactive whiteboards and a complete software for all subjects.

Teachers of the complex actively introduce innovations, which are implemented at the level of development and practice.

During the year, teachers are constantly hold open classes using: ICT, the level differentiation, game technology, elements of ethnopedagogy. The teaching process is carried out on a modular technology, which is the best in the temporary stay of children. The integrated lessons are put into practice that is consistent with the concept of developmental education. According to the address of Head of State N.A. Nazarbayev in promotion of intellectual nation, taking the State Program of development of the education system of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2011-2020, in connection with the preparation of a phased transition to the 12-year old education and in order to support initiatives of children participating in the terms from November 2010 teachers of the educational complex are working on the implementation of scientific-educational project "National Children's Academy of young researchers of Kazakhstan. This project aims to support young talents of secondary schools, the interaction of development of distance education and support of young researchers in general subjects related to the transition to 12 year-old education system. Today, 29 pupils from all over Kazakhstan have research work under the guidance of teachers of educational complex.
